While her singing talent may be questionable, there is no doubt that Paula Abdul is a fabulous reality TV judge. The quirky star makes American Idol interesting and enjoyable with her gushing commentary and kooky antics, and plays perfectly off of her cranky counterpart, Simon Cowell. Thus we were devastated to learn that Paula might be abandoning her judge’s seat on the show. Her manager has blabbed to the press that while producers are busy nailing down deals with the show’s other stars, they’ve yet to renew Paula’s contract. “Very sadly, it does not appear that she’s going to be back on Idol,” says David Sonenberg, adding, “…I find it kind of unconscionable and certainly rude and disrespectful that [Idol production companies Fremantle and 19 Entertainment] haven’t stepped up and said what they want to do.”
Sonenberg is clearly speaking out to rile her fans into action, and so far his plan is a hit. Fans of the show are taking their outrage to Twitter (where “KeepPaula” was a trending topic over the weekend) and even Ryan Seacrest - who recently scored a $45 million, 3 year contract - is speaking out, tweeting, “I connected with @paulaabdul today…love u PA can’t imagine doing idol without u!!” [Photo: GettyImages]

Paula you need to stay I love to see you and simon have fights about your opinions and you will leave cara all alone with the two boys. Cara is not like you. You need to stay n the show you are so nic and give good coments to people that need them the people who dont need them you say 1 good word that discribes the whole performence.
